Exercise shouldn’t be a punishment. If you eat something you feel you shouldn’t have and penalize yourself with hours on the treadmill, you’re soon going to develop a strong dislike for working out. Exercising should make you feel good! It should make you feel strong and energized.
Hating your body won’t get you nearly as far as loving it will.
Breakfast after fasted cardio this morning! Chocolate chia oats topped with banana, granola, melted dark chocolate peanut butter (melt 1 tbsp peanut butter + 1/2 square dark chocolate for 30 seconds in microwave), cacao nibs, and half of a cocoa crunch squarebar. I also had an unpictured green juice!
